Recently, the new Housing Minister of UK, Mr. Grant Shapps declared maintain the goal of previous Labour government for all new homes to be zero-carbon by 2016. Also he announced that the coalition government has decided to declare the final definition of the zero carbon houses in the next couple of weeks. His Labour government targets the housing industry of the future and he intends to bring about a possible initiation in the market of housing assets of the future.
